Dovid Egert Leaving For Camp Simcha

PHOTOS & VIDEO of Dovid Egert saying goodbye to many fans and supporters before starting out on his 135 mile bike journey to Camp Simcha! He broke through a ribbon after a 1o second countdown and was then escorted by the LPD and some Hatzolah members until the Lakewood/Howell border.

make a cheshbon. if he left at 9:00 and needed to cover 135 miles that means he would need to cycle at 27 miles per hour. take into consideration that alot of the mileage is in the mountains, this would be impossible.

C’mon Egert was practicing for months...it’s possible. There can be several reasons for his delay; he may have gotten pulled over in Howell for speeding, his EZ pass wasn’t working properly and he’s filling out the envelope for a send in or he stopped off in Sloatsburg for Mincha.

Reb Anonymous...I'm not sure which school you went to, but as a proud cheder kid, I can tell you....Your math is off....If one were to travel 135 miles in 6 hours, they would be traveling 22.5 miles per hour, not 27...
