(PHOTOS below of the scene). A 43-year-old Lakewood woman-Kyla D. Tobe-has been arrested and charged with robbing the Sovereign Bank located on West County Line Road at 12 p.m. on August 18-as reported here on TLS, and is being held at Ocean County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. She is accused of passing a threatening note to a teller. Tobe, who police said is unemployed, allegedly received an undisclosed amount of money before exiting the bank and walking west across the parking lot. She was taken into custody two days later following an investigation by Ocean County investigators, township detectives and the FBI.
