The court-appointed trustee of Solomon Dwek is suing the Yeshiva his father founded more than 20 years ago, accusing the school of helping Dwek perpetrate a Ponzi scheme, a report in the APP said. The suit alleges, Deal Yeshiva in West Long Branch allowed Dwek to funnel $13 million through two Yeshiva bank accounts, and the trustee is demanding the Yeshiva return the money. Meanwhile, Rabbeim and teachers at the school that five years ago reported nearly $10 million in income, say Deal Yeshiva owes them up to six months worth of salary. One of the Rabbeim-a Lakewood resident-told The Lakewood Scoop, that some Rabbeim-including himself-are owed over a half years worth of pay.
