This intersection is such a dangerous one!!!! At busy times you can wait a long time to turn onto James st. Just wait till the co-op moves to this location..... But of course the township wont put up a traffic light until c'v there is a fatality....

why blame the township.

Blame NPGS, they are the one who will cause all the traffic.

A traffic light at Central and Sunset didn't help- there are still lots of accidents there.
If people would drive more carefully...but why blame ourselves-blame everyone else!!

Cant blame NPGS- Gotta blame the builder that is bringing them there!!! He was told at the township meeting when he was going for approvals, that we need a traffic light there..... his response- "you can ask for whatever you want BUT JUST KNOW ITS ALL APPROVED ALREADY"!!! Guess he already paid off all the board members and just had to go through the formality of the meeting/approvals...

In an over populated town this is what happens you should expect a lot of traffic and a lot of accidents. I have lived in New England Village my whole life and I can't believe all of the traffic now it is really sad!

Thats why the township is to blame- they need to adapt to the over population...
After all they are the ones that "approved" all the housing projects. If they cant handle the population they shouldnt be so easy to approve every project. Guess $$$ is blinding.

Route 9 should have been widened 30 years ago before all this traffic. It was already getting bad then. I notice in the summer it is much easier to go down route 9 because so many people are away. There are many intersections that could use traffic lights, or turning lights, Martin Luther and Pine could use a light, and Rte. 9 and Pine should have a left turn only light, etc. I guess Sunset and James needs one now, and I am sure that there are others that I am not aware of yet.
