JUST IN: A man was just arrested at New Hampshire commons after posing a threat to residents in the development by wielding a pair of scissors. An officer driving by was flagged down by another resident of the development who reported the situation to the officer. Backup was called and the man was apprehended. EMS is now transporting the victim to a KMC hospital with a face injury after he resisted arrest and cut his chin.TLS-05
