The Rosh Hayeshiva Shlita, originally from Baltimore and a graduate of Talmudical Academy of Baltimore, returns each summer to visit his sister and brother-in law who currently reside there.Thanks SF.

Why are people bothering the rosh yeshiva taking photos while he's learning? Is this people magazine?
To show u how our Gedolim act on their "free"time so we can learn from them.
Some people learn things by looking at People magazine or the likes of it. The more fortunate ones learn from websites like TLS.

Are the Rosh Yeshiva's parents no longer living?
(I remember when I was a bochur in Ner Israel, in the 1980's, how the R"Y would come every bein hazmanim to Baltimore to visit his parents.)
Shmuel - yes, they are no longer living. But, he has relatives there, and still comes in the summers.
I think we can all learn from the Rosh Yeshiva's hasmodah - he doesn't waste a second from learning - just changes locations.
