CHILD STRUCK: Hatzolah has just transported a four year old girl to Jersey Shore Medical Center after being ran over by a car on 8th Street. Apparently, the child was laying on the ground as a car was turning into a driveway. Baruch Hashem the child did not suffer any life threatening injuries. This is unfortunately another sad reminder for drivers and parents to use extra caution-especially in the summer months with so many children around.TLS-61

why do these children run around with no parent around. I see this all the time in Lakewood, little kids walk and play around this town with little to no supervision and you wonder why so many of them are hit by cars. I can tell you this much, my 4 yr old child was never outside at 830 at nigth by herself. WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!!!
