JUST IN: Police have just posted at several different areas in the lookout for a man who has fled after assaulting a child, perhaps including giving bleach to the child. The black man, is driving a red 1999 two-doored Pontiac with plate numbers MUJ-75x. The man may be carrying a knife. Anyone with info is asked to call PD immediately.U/D 5:46 p.m. PD has now received the following additional info: The black man is a passenger in the car. The driver of the vehicle is an eighteen year old white male.
U/D 8:35 p.m. Police have arrested the suspect in Jackson.
