Corzine Down 14 Points
Another day, another poll showing New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine (D) still in deep political trouble. The Democratic polling firm Public Policy Polling's new survey shows Republican Chris Christie leading the embattled Democratic governor 50 to 36 percent with 14 percent undecided. That's a larger deficit for Corzine than the last time PPP polled the race in June. And even though the campaign has now begun in earnest, voters have not changed their opinions of either candidate much over the last month: Christie’s approval rating last month stood at 43 percent, up one point from last month's survey. Corzine's approval rating is at 33 percent, down a smidge from June’s 36 percent tally.

Keep in mind that then US attorney general Chriss Christie was behind the arrest of 44 people in NJ last week.
Anon 10:16, you are totally incorrect. Christie resigned as US Attorney in December. Please learn the facts then post.
no anon 10:24, you are also incorrect. The investigation conducted together with the FBI and US Attorney was ongoing for two years. Christie WAS INVOLVED for most of the investigation's duration as you note yourself, he only resigned in December.
