
U/D 1:39 p.m. Police are advising that the pole is on a bad slant and are afraid the pole may come down due to the extreme weather conditions.
U/D 2:18 p.m. JCP&L was just there and notified PD that they would have to wait for the cable company for the repairs. As for the cracked pole, JCP&L made it clear that although the pole is cracked, they will not touch it until it falls down onto the road.
U/D 4:28 p.m. The cable company has just repaired the wires. The pole remains uncorrected-as per JCP&L's orders.

Deregulation-a wonderful thing for the consumer. They wont fix any thing until it falls down or blows up. Not like the old days when they did preventative maintained on the system. It took months to get electric to my new home and lost my interest rate because of the delay
So which part of the road should I stay away from? Will JCP&L pay for the damages to the vehicle that the pole lands on or C'V.even to the occupants of the vehicle?
