JUST IN: PD and EMS have just responded to the Spirits Liquor store on Route 9 and Kennedy for a stabbing victim. Medics were requested to respond as well. As we post this, the EMS and PD units on scene are advising that the man was stabbed yesterday. The victim told police, that he was drunk all day yesterday and can't remember where or when he was stabbed. The victim is being transported to KMC with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries. CIU units were requested to meet the police at the hospital.TLS-CCP/TLS-05

If he was that drunk, then how do we know he didn't stab himself??
I guess we we would first need to know where on the victim's body the wound was found..
D'ya think that if we'd offer our services to the detectives they'd take us up on the offer??
I wonder what the statistics are for bizarre stories like this..
One thing I would venture to say is that it's probably relatively more common in areas where there there are larger drunkard populations (if you know what I mean :-)
