hatzola - (even though a great org) isn't that savvy.
with hatzolah every penny counts....its not cheap upkeeping all the rigs equipment etc!

because they used them for all their posters around town
in ivrit (hebrew) "peacock" means "traffic jam"
that's about all this peacock is causing.
why resort to the hebrew meaning let the english speak for itself.
Some of the comments sound like they are coming from peacocks
It's not missing any feathers. It's a peahen and the females don't have those colorful tails.
