The occupants of this house just relocated a few months ago from a house further down Ridge ave (the last house before New Hampshire Ave) where they were always keeping up the neighborhood late at night with total disregard.. Incidentally, the Slomowitz bachur that was beaten up a some time ago was also in front of their prior residence.. The police were constantly contacted for their nuisance crimes and a string of other troublemaking. The prior owner was pressured by the neighbors to clean up his property and after a long time and several complaints finally gave in. I think we should send him a thank you card for bringing this garbage into the neighborhood.

I hope the detectives will know to look at all this stuff so they can understand the bigger picture.

I would like to note the impressive response time and apprehension by the LPD.

However, I too have witnessed many suspicious occurrences at the house these where these perps were caught... way too much vehicular traffic & suspicious looking people at that address for some kind of (illegal?) business not to be going on..

The neighborhood's sense of security has definitely lessened in the preceding months because of the occupants at that house.

Sounds like they didn't try to make some sneaky getaway. Was their plan to just wait for the police to arrive at the house??!

Maybe these animals figured the cops wouldn't assume the perps would stay so close.. Remember, these criminals think different than the regular people.

Maybe something went wrong with their getaway car/plan..

fyi, the current owner of the house (purchased approx 3.5 years ago) appears to be a Brooklyn investor..

They should lock the owner of the house up together with the tenants.

This house is owned by frum jews who live in Boro Park, like most of Ridge Avenue. While they live in the comfort of thier own home- they put this GARBAGE near us!

Not sure you can rely on merely complaining when you have Quality of Life issues here in Lakewood anylonger. Remember, the Township Committee, in their collective infinite wisdom, have decided to cut 31% of the Inspection's Department - and the department that took the biggest hit was Quality of Life...
We really need to start showing up at the Township meetings and demand that our collective Quality of Life be given back!
Enough of the absentee landlords who rent to who know who and simply don't have to deal with what the neighbors of their tenants force us to tolerate.
If we don't do something, it's only going to get worse. Folks have been complaining for years now. Time to take back Lakewood!!
