Charles Cunliffe, a four-term committeeman in Lakewood and a longtime Democrat, is making his re-election bid on the Independent Lakewood party. He is joined by Lynn M. Celli, 54, of Patriots Way. Cunliffe, 55, of Jennifer Drive was ousted from the party earlier this year for becoming a "lightning rod." Celli is a small-business owner in town.
