TLS Exclusive: A Lakewood Police Officer on a call this evening, was assaulted. It started at approximately 8:45 p.m, when the officer was on a call on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive when he was approached by a black woman who was intoxicated. The woman threatened to harm the officer and then proceeded to attack him. The woman was immediately arrested and taken into custody.TLS-02
