Photos and video below. BREAKING NEWS For the second time this week, the Oak Street school is making news. This time for a fire. LPD, LFD and EMS have just arrived at the school and have advised there is heavy smoke coming out of the second floor bathroom. All occupants are out of the building at this time. We will keep you posted with all further details as they emerge.
U/D 9:45 a.m. EMS is transporting one patient to KMC for smoke inhalation.
U/D 10:20 a.m. All students are being allowed back into the building. A total of three people were transported to KMC for smoke inhalation. Among those transported was a principal at the school.
