Corzine To Fight 'Concealed Gun Permit' Tooth And Nail

Gov. Jon Corzine joined the New Jersey's two U.S. senators today to warn of dire consequences if a South Dakota senator is able to change federal law to make it easier for people to carry concealed guns. "It would be very dangerous for the day to day lives of our citizens," Corzine said at a news conference in the Capitol. "We intend to fight it tooth and nail". Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) wants to amend a major defense bill to make concealed-weapons permits issued in any state valid nationwide. Read full Star Ledger article here.

In general it will definitely cause many deaths, many of them innocent lives. You can have a guy shoot off a weapon in a road rage incident where now all he can do is yell and curse...Here in Lakewood it may actually be good for some of us to carry guns. Maybe the animals living in our town will think twice before perpetrating their crimes.

more guns always with out exception means less crime! the libs know it but like everything else they dont really care about people or saftey they care about power and control. so if they can control you and say you can carry a gun and you cant thats all they want. its logic that more guns = less crime if everyone carried a handgun then no one would mug or attack another person because in all likelihood that person is armed, its such a yashrus line of thinking that disagreeing with it means the person is very Krumah siechel we should all call and write or senators to support this bill. take lkwd for example if alot of people carried guns do you think there would be crime comeon! the gun wont even have to be pulled and the guy will run, and there are 38 state who have carry permits and their statistics backup everything i said, but for right now learn how to shoot its a skill set everone should know
