BARUCH DAYAN HA'EMES: We regret to inform you of the passing of Hagoan Horav Yecheskel Haleivi Grubner Zt"l, who was Niftar today after suffering a stroke Last year at the age of 91. Horav Grubner, a Talmid of the Famed Yeshivas Chochmei Lublin was Rav of Detroit for the last sixty years a world renowned Posek and Talmid Chacham. He is survived by his four daughters who are all married to Talmidei Cachomim. His sons in law are, Horav Yitzchok Sorotzkin Shlit"a Rosh Yeshiva Telz- Mesivta of Lakewood, Horav Yehoshua Nacham Shlit"a of Mir Brooklyn, Horav Moshe Mordechai Lowy Shlit"a, Rav of Agudah Toronto and Horav Aryeh Rubinstien Shlit"a, Rosh Yeshiva Mishkan Hatorah lakewood. The Levaya will be taking place 8:45 a.m. tomorrow morning, Tuesday, at BMG, followed by a Levaya at the Holocaust Memorial Chapel at 10:00 a.m. They will then be taking the Niftar to JFK for a Levaya prior to flying to Eretz Yisroel at approximately 4:00 p.m. Yehi Zichro Baruch.
