Lakewood Police Officer Extinguishes Fire

Just in. Just moments ago, Lakewood Police Officer M. Mooney Jr was doing his regular patrolling, when he noticed a small brush fire across the Clifton Shopping center, diagonally across Glatt Bite, on Kennedy Blvd. Without wasting a second, Officer Mooney grabbed his fire extinguisher and got to work. He managed to extinguish the fire before it caused any serious damage. Lakewoods' Finest can now add Lakewoods' Bravest to his title!

it was a small fire nothing to praise about..and not to mention using the phrase of Lakewood's Bravest is reserved for those Firefighters in this town that don't get any credit when it's due but get complaints when they don't respond fast enough.

You're a kafu tova. How would you like if this "small fire" were burning near YOUR home-would you also say nothing to praise about??? Why don't you appreciate what these people do for us and say thank you.
