UPDATED Rabbi Mendel Slomowitz Shlita Suffers Heart Complications

Just in. Rabbi Mendel Slomowitz Shlita, Rosh Hayeshiva of Yeshivas Toras Chaim, has suffered from heart complications yesterday. Sources tell The Lakewood Scoop, that the Rosh Hayeshiva had a bi-pass surgery scheduled for Friday night. Please say tehillim for Menachem Mendel Ben Rus. U/D 10:55 p.m. The surgery will be taking place tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. The Yeshiva (Toras Chaim), will be davening tommorow morning at 8:00 a.m followed by tehillim.
U/D 3:35 p.m. Bechasdei Hashem the surgery went well. Thank you to all the talmidim and to the hundreds who attended the tehillim this morning despite such a short notice.
