Chaveirim Of Lakewood Launches Donation Page.

(Video below) Responding to over 50 calls daily throughout Lakewood and beyond, Chaveirim of Lakewood relies solely on donations to cover their expenses. There isn't a single person who doesn't know someone who has been helped through this amazing organization. From a simple flat, lockout or boost, to the more complicated calls, Chaveirim is always there for you no matter what degrees and weather conditions outside. Besides the initial cost of over $2,000 dollars to equip each member, there are many maintenance fees. The good news is, Chaveirim has just made it very easy for you to be a part of the great 'Zechus', by setting up a donation page online! Click HERE to be redirected to the donation page. Chaveirim Volunteer Services Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization. Donations can also be sent in to P.O. Box 56, Lakewood NJ,08701. Please support this wonderful organization. They give purpose and direction to the lives of many of our communities' at-risk youth.

Would you care to elaborate on your comment? I'm very well acquainted with Chaveirim, and don’t know of any "youth" that are part of this wonderful organization. When is the last time you gave of your time for the klal? Changing a tire etc. is hard work, that they do at no charge to the community and they do it with a smile!
Why do you feel the need to belittle Chaveirim? Oh, it doesn’t fit your picture perfect, holier then thou view of the world? You should be ashamed of yourself...
If we had more people like Chaveirim members and less of your sort, Lakewood would be much better off.

If i'm not mistaken, the above comment was made on the following article-seems like an innocent mistake.
