When Rosh Chodesh Iyar falls on a Shabbos, as it does this year , this coming Shabbos, one is permitted to take a haircut and shave on Erev Shabbos in honor of the double Simcha of Shabbos and Rosh Chodesh, even for those who are keeping Minhagim of Aveilus from Pesach to Lag Baomer.
