Two Lakewood men have been indicted on charges related to the home-invasion robbery of three people in April. And, one of the defendants also was charged with robbing one of the victims in the home invasion earlier the same day. An Ocean County grand jury recently handed up a 14-count indictment against Kenneth Scott, 20, of Marshall Street, Lakewood, and Darius Nash, 29, of Joe Parker Road, Lakewood. The indictment charges Scott and Nash with three counts of armed robbery and one count each of armed burglary, burglary with the intent to inflict bodily injury on the occupants, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. In addition, both were charged with aggravated assault by pointing firearms at occupants in the home. See APP for full story.
