When traveling on the Garden State Parkway, be sure to use the local lanes during plow times. As you can see in the photo taken today, the express lanes are extremely heavy. Unlike the local lanes, the express only has two lanes, making it very difficult to pass the plow truck and thus causing heavy delays.
