EXCLUSIVE VIDEO MESSAGE: The Lakewood Scoop met with Mayor Bob Singer this morning to talk about the recent vote on the budget. In this eight minute video, the Mayor explains to the Lakewood community the reasoning behind the tax increases and why cutting services isn't always the answer and at times-unreasonable.
